After 3 years we found our home and what should have been an easy transaction, turned into a nightmare because of the Seller. Kim used her skills and together we navigated the purchase. We consider her one of our great friends and can’t wait until our renovations are done so we can throw a party for all of those involved in transforming this into our dream home.
